Calendly In-House Design Work

From swag to social, I’ve had the opportunity to craft both print and digital designs that bring Calendly’s brand to life.

Team: Amanda Norris, Brad Hebebrand, Jen Johnson, Meryl Eryes, and Ruthie Greenblatt

Overview

The Challenge

Calendly’s marketing and brand teams needed polished, production-ready assets that remained visually consistent across a variety of mediums—merch, signage, marketing campaigns, and digital content.

The Solution

As a Production Designer, I worked closely with the creative team to execute designs with precision, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Calendly’s brand standards. From preparing print files to optimizing digital assets, my role was all about bringing designs to life seamlessly.

My Role

  • Prepared print-ready files for swag, signage, and event materials

  • Optimized and adapted digital marketing and social media assets

  • Ensured brand consistency and technical accuracy across all deliverables

Working in-house at Calendly has given me the opportunity to refine my ability to design across multiple formats while maintaining a cohesive brand presence. From physical touchpoints to digital experiences, I’ve loved creating assets that not only look beautiful but serve a clear purpose.
